Christmas Eve Service: O Come O Come Emmanuel

“Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son,

and they will call him Emmanuel, which means ‘God is with us.’” Matthew 1:23

Christmas Eve is quickly approaching, and I am excited to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with you and your loved ones! This has been a sweet season of preparing to celebrate the baby Jesus with our church family here at ECC, and we’ve been preparing to worship with you.

We’ve decked the halls and the outside of our building! We’re holding rehearsal after rehearsal preparing the music, children’s choir, AV team, and staff to celebrate joyfully! We come with high expectation as we gather each week of advent for God to show up in fresh and new ways- and He does! We are now ready to celebrate the birth of Jesus with you! We celebrate that Jesus came to Earth to have relationship and communion with us. We celebrate that this is God’s desire- to dwell in us and with us. THIS is why we celebrate.

Each year, we hold two services for your family to choose from. This year is no different! I invite you and your family to join us for our Christmas Eve Services on:

Friday, December 24th, 2021

6pm & 9pm

Our first service at 6pm is always geared a little more towards our families with young children. Be prepared for lively worship, a children’s choir, a skit of Luke 2 performed by our children and youth, a special Christmas message given by Pastor Stacey Littlefield, and a candlelight service of “Silent Night” to end our evening.

Our second service at 9pm will have many of the same elements as the 6pm service, only our children’s choir will not be performing. We will still be ending the evening with candlelight.

We hope you’ll join us to celebrate Emmanuel, God with us, on this Christmas Eve. We can’t wait to worship with you!

Merry Christmas!
